He goes over how the kamae work in each school, the school's approach to thinking and moving differently, stories of  the history and little known weapons kamae. This is a great overview of the Bujinkan teachings and helps us to understand the development and application of our art. We've never found all this information together in one teaching session and it's a very good addition to your teaching library.
